Borislav Boyanov & Co.’s litigation team has been engaged in the defense of several companies belonging to one of the largest international tobacco products manufacturers in the first ever class action in Bulgaria. Class actions were effectively introduced in Bulgaria with the new Civil Procedure Code, which came into effect on March 1, 2008.
