Boyanov & Co. advised NIS Petroleum – the Serbian vertically integrated incumbent petrol and gas supplier, on the merger control aspects of the set-up of its gas stations network in Bulgaria. The network is to be set-up by way of acquisitions of a number of independent gas stations.
