The firm successfully completed the licensing and setting up of two local companies, active in life and general insurance under a bancassurance model. The two companies are jointly owned by subsidiaries of AIG and the National Bank of Greece. In addition to licensing, the project involved obtaining a merger clearance from the Bulgarian Commission on Protection of Competition.
