Borislav Boyanov & Co. was engaged in the setting up of the credit cards business of BRS (a subsidiary of EFG Eurobank), on obtaining by BRS of a local exclusive license to issue AMEX cards and on the transfer of its credit cards portfolio to Bulgarian Post Bank.
