Borislav Boyanov & Co. advised Global Steel Holdings Limited, its fully owned Bulgarian subsidiary – Finmetals Holding EAD, and Kremikovtzi AD (the largest steel mill in Bulgaria controlled by Finmetals Holdings EAD) on the financing of Kremikovtzi AD by way of a €350 million 7-years fixed rate Eurobonds issue. The issue was placed successfully on 4 May 2006. On the same date Kremikovtzi paid to the state budget all of its outstanding public liabilities overdue for many years (BGN 112.8 million (€57.7 million)).
