The partnership acted for Anheuser Busch InBev (ABI) providing advice and support for divesting from its brewing business in Bulgaria, as part of the disposal of several regional businesses. Prior to that, we assisted ABI in acquiring and reorganizing four breweries in Bulgaria, thus becoming one of the largest players in the Bulgarian beer market. The divstment was successfully completed in December 2009. The value of the deal was in excess of 62 million Euros.
