The firm advised Credit Suisse International and Credit Suisse, London Branch in relation to the Bulgarian law aspects of a €265 million Bridge Facility Agreement with Belvedere S.A., France and other parties, with the purpose of financing the acquisition by Belvedere S.A. of Marie Brizard & Roger International (MBRI). The firm also advised affiliates of Credit Suisse in connection with the refinancing of that indebtedness.
