Borislav Boyanov & Co. successfully represented two companies from a major multinational group of pharmaceutical producers in two separate international arbitration cases, defending the companies against their Bulgarian distributor. The cases were recently resolved by international arbitration tribunals of the Court of Arbitration at the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
