The World Trademark Review 1000 (WTR) covered Bulgaria for the first time in The World’s Leading Trademark Professionals 2015 guide and from the outset BOYANOV & Co. received the highest Gold ranking while being among the two law firms rated in that band.

“‘Of all the full-service firms, Boyanov’s IP division is the most significant.’ The unit prides itself on its truly integrated service, with various departments coordinating seamlessly to solve multi-faceted legal problems. The IP team comprises agents and lawyers with a vast array of trademark skills. Spearheading the group is Natasha Andreeva, who has long and impressive experience in trademark prosecution and several key litigation achievements to her name’. Former Supreme Court judge Kina Chuturkova is also held in high regard: ‘She is one of the best lawyers in the field.’”

Published by WTR – the world’s only independent daily news and information service dedicated exclusively to reporting on strategic and legal trademark issues for in-house and private practitioners internationally – the publication builds on the success of previous editions to identify the trademark industry’s leading lights in 70 jurisdictions around the world.

Firms and individuals in the Gold Band are those that attract the most positive comments from sources. WTR have identified them as the crème de la crème; their success hinges on reputations established over lengthy periods of time, something which enables them to secure the most high-profile, big-ticket work from the most prestigious of clients.
