Specific features and benefits of mezzanine financing in the region and in Bulgaria, legal documentation and legal issues of mezzanine financing were among the topics discussed.
Bulgaria Mezzanine Capital I also presented the new EUR 60 million mezzanine fund, co-funded by the JEREMIE programme of the European Investment Fund and dedicated specifically to providing mezzanine financing to small and medium-sized enterprises in Bulgaria.
